Private Insurance

Brush & Floss Boston Dental accepts many major private dental insurance plans, making it easier for patients to receive high quality care without unnecessary complexity.

We accept the following private dental insurance plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Delta Dental PPO
• Delta Dental Premier
• Delta Dental MPE including the Massachusetts state employee dental plan
• Cigna PPO
• MetLife
• Aetna PPO
• Altus

For patients without dental insurance, we also offer an affordable in house membership plan. This option provides access to routine preventive care and discounted dental services with clear, predictable pricing.

Important MassHealth Update

Due to 2026 cuts to MassHealth dental coverage enacted by Governor Maura Healey and the Massachusetts Legislature, our office no longer accepts MassHealth dental insurance.

These state budget decisions have made continued participation in the MassHealth dental program financially unsustainable for our practice.

We are deeply disappointed that Governor Healey and the Legislature chose to reduce dental coverage for some of the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable patients. We encourage patients affected by these cuts to contact the Governor’s office and their state legislators and demand that adequate MassHealth dental coverage be restored.
